Things You Should Know
- After about seven weeks of play, the lacrosse rankings are finally making some sense. However, Bullis vs. Georgetown Prep on Wednesday will be the biggest game of the week and can shake things up once again.
- Gonzaga has won six straight games, including a lopsided 11-3 victory over St. Mary's Ryken. The Eagles should repeat as WCAC champs unless they are upset in the WCAC playoffs. Keep an eye on a May 4 meeting against Landon.
- Landon and Prep are getting hot at the right time. The Bears have won five straight while Prep is sitting at 11-4 entering the home stretch.
- The winner of Potomac School and Flint Hill Tuesday will be the favorite to win the MAC this season. It should be a very good game.
- Wednesday's game against Prep will be another chance for Bullis to prove their lacrosse program is here to stay. For the first time we can remember, Bullis goes into the game against Prep as the favorite. Stay tuned....
