Ranked as the top cornerback in the nation for the Class of 2013 by various national recruiting sites, Good Counsel senior Kendall Fuller committed to Virginia Tech Sunday. Fuller made the announcement on ESPNU, and the 5-foot-11, 189-pound Falcon will join a defensive powerhouse that includes his older brother Kyle.
Fuller had plenty of options, and he picked Virginia Tech over the likes of Alabama, Florida, Maryland, Notre Dame, Ohio State and just about every other major college football program in the country.
Good Counsel begins practice for the 2012 season today, and Fuller and his teammates take the field for their first game August 24th against Bishop Gorman in Las Vegas.
