Good Counsel - Do i really need to explain? GC will dominate a McGregor-less league. Has taken program to a national schedule.
Gonzaga - returning talent and continues to improve
Dematha - most coaches would love to have this talent but only a weak schedule keeps them above .500. Same old tired excuses comimg out of hyattsville - we're young, Brooks is learning. blah, blah. blah .
Mcnamara - pretty good talent but lacks depth. Needs to stay healthy to compete.
St. John's - which offense will they try this year. Msiising playoffs may result in changes. SJC is a phone call away from being a powerehouse.
O'Connell New HC is off to good start building program. Needs a few years and staff will recruit across the river.
Carroll - thought thet would be in palyoff hunt but exodus of talent destroyed their chances. What happened in off-season?
