Pretty impressive.  This is similar to the strategy that GC played in the growth corridor of Maryland.  Fully expect that PVI will become a power in all of the major HS sports over time.  Think about all of the talent they will capture.  The location is centric to capture the high growth area of Loudoun County in VA.

Agreed.   Loudoun is where the growth is.   A couple of years ago Loudoun opened four new high schools in 5 years.      Parents looking for a Catholic HS in that area- and to the west-  will be hard pressed to look past PVI.   One of the real keys will be the ability to attract and retain quality coaches, along with administrative support for athletics, which I assume will be there. It looks like they have the facilities.   The Arlington Diocese is getting a mulligan to make up for putting JPG in a less than ideal spot.   This is where they should have gone instead of Manassas.   If PVI plays it right, they will be an emerging athletic power in the WCAC.
